Lessons to be learned

After my fight to achieve the super fireball status, I have a few things to share with the team.

1. I think there is value in knowing how to fill out the paper applications, but if you can write on a computer, do that. It makes life so much easier.

2. If you ever decide to get policies for yourself and you download the AFLAC agent group number, make sure that when you write policies on yourself, that you change the state to CA. If you don't, you'll be writing applications for GA which will pend.

3. Don't wait until the last minute to achieve your goals. It's very stressful.

4. Make a friend in pended business.

Today I went out on an appointment and I want to share with all of you that I was very rusty in my ER script. I haven't had to do that in at least 1 month. Honestly, it could have been longer than that. I've been so wrapped up with ee presentations and enrollments that I haven't been practicing my ER script. I could have done so much better with just a little refresher by going over the script in the car before my appointment.
