Last year I collected a lot of parking tickets. The most ever. This week I got my first one. I think it is cheap. 
Not a clear picture, but it basically says that I got a ticket for not curbing my wheels. The street I was on had a 3% grade? I don't know. It's quota time in the City and I'm paying for a nonsense ticket. There really wasn't a slope where I parked.
Look. Come on now! I got a ticket I did not deserve.
This is my feeling after getting the ticket.
I had to park somewhere else and yes, I curbed my tires even though I was not on a hill.
