We had our call blitz today and one of the side contests I set up was the cutting of the tie contest. If one of the associates met my expectation for their calls, they would get a chance to cut the tie right off my neck. Today, Jessica did it! Later in the day, Virna also hit my expectation! She'll get a chance to cut my tie when I get back from Vegas.
